If the transmitter(s) and receiver of the Saramonic Blink500 ProX Q series become disconnected and need to be paired again, follow these steps:
1. **Enter Pairing Mode:**
- Long press the power button of the transmitter(s) for 5 seconds in shutdown mode until its indicator blinks blue quickly.
- Insert the included pairing pin into the small pinhole on the receiver and hold for 3 seconds. The receiver enters pairing mode, and its indicator will blink blue quickly.
2. **Pairing Process:**
- The transmitter(s) and receiver will automatically attempt to pair within 10 seconds.
- Once successfully paired, the indicators on both the transmitter(s) and receiver will turn static blue.
3. **Confirmation:**
- Launch a video or audio recording app on your device.
- Ensure that the external microphone option is selected in the app settings, if applicable.
- You are now ready to record with the re-established connection between the transmitter(s) and receiver.
Remember to keep the transmitter(s) and receiver within a suitable range and avoid obstacles that may interfere with the wireless signal transmission, as mentioned in the user manual to ensure optimal performance.
