To add new users and assign credentials in the AIPHONE AC Series Access Control System, follow these steps based on the provided manual:
1. Scan unknown cards to add unknown credentials to the system.
2. Click on the notification log message "Unknown User Denied Access to [Door] due to Invalid Card or Pin."
3. Complete the First and Last Name fields for the new user.
4. Assign the user card Permissions.
5. Add the user to at least one partition.
Users and card credentials can also be imported into the system via a CSV file for bulk addition. For a detailed guide on creating and importing a .CSV file, refer to the AC Nio settings manual.
Remember to update the panels after making any changes to ensure that the programming is sent to each panel. Click on "Update Panels" at the top of the page to synchronize the changes. If the AC Nio system goes offline, the panels will continue functioning with the last updated programming until the system is back online.
