To synchronize the SCM Plus module with an external clock source, you can follow these steps:
1. **Clock Input Jack:** Connect your external clock source to the Clock In jack on the SCM Plus. The clock In jack is triggered by a rising edge of at least 2.5V.
2. **Clock Bus Jumper:** If you have another module capable of sending a clock signal over the Clock Bus, you can enable receiving clocks over the Clock Bus by installing the Clock Bus jumper on the SCM Plus. This allows the Clock Bus signal to be sent to the In jack as if it were patched directly into the jack.
3. **Free Run Jumper:** If you want the SCM Plus to run without an external clock source, you can install the Free Run jumper on the module. This will make the SCM Plus operate at the last tempo it received, even if there is no external clock signal.
By following these steps, you can synchronize the SCM Plus module with an external clock source or allow it to run independently based on its last tempo setting.
