According to the user manual for the Panasonic ET-RFT100 Replacement Filter Unit, you should replace the air filter unit when a "Filter warning" icon appears on the screen. To replace the air filter unit:
1. Turn off the projector and disconnect the power plug from the power outlet.
2. Clean dirt and dust from the air filter cover.
3. Press and hold the right-hand corner of the air filter cover, then press the [OPEN▼▲LOCK] part leftward to remove the air filter cover.
4. Remove the old air filter unit.
5. Insert a new air filter unit with the [TOP] mark facing upward.
6. Ensure the air filter unit is properly attached.
7. Install the air filter cover securely.
After replacing the air filter unit, be sure to reset the Filter Counter by following the instructions in the manual. This step is crucial to ensure accurate monitoring of the filter's usage and timely replacements.
