To set the address on the Switch Monitor I/O Module, follow these steps:
1. The dip switch used to address your device has 10 individual switches.
2. Address setting is done by dip switches 1-8.
3. In XP/Discovery Protocol, only dip switches 1-7 are used, dip switch 8 is used to enable ground fault analogue value.
4. Dip switch down = 1 and up = 0.
5. Dip switch 9 is used to set Wiring Class A/B.
Refer to the address matrix provided in the manual to determine the specific address configuration you need for your setup. Each address corresponds to a specific combination of dip switch settings.
Remember to ensure that the address you set matches the requirements of your system and that the dip switches are correctly positioned before commissioning the module.
