**Setting Up the Clock on Embrace TALK Blood Glucose Monitor:**
1. **Turn on the Monitor:** Press and hold the middle button to turn on the monitor.
2. **Access Setup Screen:** Press and release the middle button to enter the setup screen. Use the up or down buttons until the clock icon starts flashing.
3. **Set Year:** Press the up or down button to adjust the year. Press and release the middle button to confirm the year setting.
4. **Set Month:** Adjust the month by pressing the up or down button. Press the middle button to confirm the month.
5. **Set Day:** Use the up or down button to select the day. Press the middle button to confirm.
6. **Set Time Format:** Choose between 12-hour or 24-hour format. Press the middle button to confirm.
7. **Set Hour:** Adjust the hour using the up or down button. Ensure to set AM or PM correctly. Press the middle button to confirm.
8. **Set Minutes:** Select the minutes by pressing the up or down button. Press the middle button to confirm the minutes.
9. **Complete Setup:** Once all settings are correct, the monitor will announce the date and time. Press and release the middle button to finalize the clock setup.
10. **Testing or Turning Off:** After setting the clock, you can proceed with testing by inserting a test strip or turn off the monitor by pressing and holding the middle button.
