To set up the optional Wi-Fi accessory for remote control using the SmartHQ™ app, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that your Haier AD25S2PS1FA Slim Ducted Indoor Unit is installed and powered on.
2. Download and install the SmartHQ™ app on your smartphone from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
3. Open the SmartHQ™ app and create an account if you don't have one already.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions in the app to add a new device.
5. Select "Air Conditioner" as the device type.
6. The app will prompt you to enter the Wi-Fi network details. Make sure your smartphone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network that you want to connect the indoor unit to.
7. Power on the optional Wi-Fi accessory and ensure it is in pairing mode.
8. The app should detect the accessory, and you can proceed with the pairing process.
9. Once the accessory is successfully paired with the indoor unit, you can control your air conditioning system remotely through the SmartHQ™ app.
10. You can now adjust settings, set schedules, and monitor the status of your indoor unit from anywhere using your smartphone.
