To connect and control multiple display devices using the Q-nex NMP221-R-CP Networked Media Processor, follow these steps:
1. **Video Matrix Switch:** The NMP supports HDMI output to three displays. Connect your display devices (TVs, projectors, interactive flat panels) to the HDMI OUT ports on the NMP. Connect HDMI input devices (PC, document camera, IQShare, etc.) to the HDMI IN ports on the NMP.
2. **Control Panel and Touch Panel:** The Control Panel can switch input sources of HDMI out A, while the Touch Panel can control the switching of three input and three output sources. The Touch Panel can also control one input source to multiple displays.
3. **Q-nex Console and Mobile App:** You can also switch between input sources and output sources using the Q-nex Console and mobile app.
4. **Touch USB Feature:** The Touch USB feature allows you to route touch signals from different HDMI inputs to a touch display (should be HDMI A). For example, if an interactive flat panel can work with a PC for 10 touches but only one touch with a document camera, switching signals will adjust the touch capabilities accordingly.
5. **Note:** The Touch USB feature works only when the touch display is compatible with the input devices for touch.
