According to the RYOBI RYi150C instruction manual, if the power button LED blinks red and then turns off, it indicates that the power source may be overloaded. In this case, you should follow these steps:
1. Disconnect your device from the power source.

3. Press the power button to turn the power source back on.
4. Reconnect your device and try again.
