To install the Cell2 SW833 8+2 Outputs Control Panel in your vehicle, follow these steps as per the user manual:
1. **Warning & Precautions:**
- Read all instructions, warnings, and precautions thoroughly before installation.
- Ensure the installer has a good understanding of automotive electronics.
- Do not install the product in the airbag deployment zone.
- Install a properly-rated fuse close to the battery to protect the wires.
- Make sure the original vehicle controls are not affected by the installed device.
- Locate the unit in an area that allows safe operation in any driving condition.
2. **Mounting:**
- Choose a desired place for installation.
- Use the provided base as a template to mark mounting holes on the surface.
- Secure the bracket with the supplied screws.
- Assemble the controller with the bracket and adjust it for convenience.
3. **Power Module:**
- Choose a flat surface to install the power module.
- Use the power module as a template to mark mounting holes.
- Secure the power module with the provided screws.
- Install the power module away from heat sources.
4. **Placement of Decals:**
- Apply desired decals above each button after assembling the controller and mounting bracket.
5. **Wiring:**
- Connect the positive outputs using blade terminals.
- Use the RJ45 cable, terminal block, and 6-pin wire harness for wiring.
6. **Programming & Operation:**
- The controller has two programming modes (Mode 1 and Mode 2).
- Enter a programming mode by pressing specific button combinations.
- Change setting values by following the instructions for each mode.
- Reset to factory default configuration if needed.
7. **Standby Mode:**
- The controller can enter Standby Mode automatically after a set time.
- Manually enter Standby Mode by pressing a specific button.
- Standby Mode settings can be configured in Programming Mode 2.
