The flow through valve in the hyco Flow Through Valve Kit with Inlet Group for Powerflow serves the purpose of diverting water flow within the system. The orientation of the flow through valve is crucial for optimal performance. The water diverter paddle within the flow through valve should be positioned at a 90° angle to the tube to ensure proper water flow direction as depicted in figure 2 of the installation instructions. This correct orientation helps maintain efficient water flow and system functionality. Remember to use PTFE tape or a similar sealing material on the threads of both the vessel and the flow through valve to prevent leaks and ensure a secure connection. For a complete installation guide, refer to figure 3 for incorporating the inlet group into the setup.
