To insert a SIM card into your Telpo M1 Android POS Terminal, follow these steps:
1. **Remove the back cover:** Carefully remove the back cover of the device to access the card sockets.
2. **Identify the card slots:** The left card slot is a SIM & TF card two-in-one card socket. The upper deck supports the insertion of a SIM card and a TF card, while the lower deck supports the insertion of a SIM card.
3. **Insert the SIM card:** In the upper deck, insert the SIM card horizontally into the card slot. In the lower deck, insert the SIM card vertically into the card slot.
4. **Ensure correct positioning:** Push the SIM card into the socket correctly, making sure it is in the right position.
5. **Avoid memory card insertion:** Do not insert a memory card into the SIM card slot. If a memory card is mistakenly inserted, seek assistance from a Telpo Service Centre to remove it.
6. **Handle with care:** Be cautious not to damage your fingernails when removing the back cover. Avoid excessive bending or twisting of the cover to prevent damage.
7. **Secure the SIM card:** Ensure the SIM card is securely inserted and positioned correctly to prevent any issues with connectivity.
8. **Prevent loss:** Take care not to lose the SIM card and do not allow others to use it. Telpo is not responsible for any damages or inconveniences caused by lost or stolen cards.
