According to the installation guide for the Enviroswim ES3 system, you can start using the pool once all the water levels are balanced correctly as per the provided table. This includes ensuring that the pH, ORP, alkalinity, copper, and calcium hardness levels are within the recommended ranges.
To determine when it's safe to use the pool, follow these steps:
1. Balance the water by adjusting pH, calcium hardness, alkalinity, and TDS levels as per the ideal ranges provided in the table.
2. Set all Enviroswim switches to OFF and variable controls (Ionizer and ORP) at minimum.
3. Turn on the pool pump and ensure water is flowing through the filtration system, including the Enviroswim Oxidizer/Ionizer Wet Cell Housing and Ultrasonic Chamber.
4. Set the Enviroswim Control Box switches to MANUAL and ON.
5. Adjust the Oxidizer xxxx until the display reads between 14-16 Amps.
6. Run the unit for approximately 1 hour per 1,000 liters of water.
7. Perform chemical tests to confirm water balance readings and adjust if necessary.
8. Once copper levels are within the range of 0.2-0.4 ppm, set the timeclock for the appropriate run time and adjust the Ionizer output.
9. Start-up is complete when all levels are balanced and the system is running effectively.
Remember that every pool is different, and factors like location, bather load, season, cover type, and water temperature can impact the system's runtime. It's crucial to regularly monitor and maintain the water balance to ensure safe and enjoyable pool use.
