To add a new contact on your TCL 10 Tab Max Tablet, follow these steps:
1. Open the Contacts app from the applications list on your tablet.
2. Tap on the bottom right of the screen to add a new contact.
3. Enter the contact's details such as name, phone number, email address, etc.
4. Once you have entered all the necessary information, tap on "Save" or the checkmark icon to save the contact.
You have successfully added a new contact to your tablet's address book.
