According to the manual, here are the steps to add or delete users on the CV-550SPK V3 Access Control Keypad:
**Adding a User:**
1. To add a card, automatically generating an ID number: Enter "10 Read Card #" for each card you want to add. Each entry will increment the ID number by one for each card added.
2. To add a card or PIN to a specific ID number: Enter "11 ID# (4-Digit PIN or Card) #" for each user you want to add. This allows you to assign a unique ID number to each user.
**Deleting a User:**
1. To delete a user by reading their card: Enter "21 Read Card #" multiple times to delete the desired user.
2. To delete a user by their ID number: Enter "22 ID# #" for each user you want to delete.
It's important to keep track of where user data is stored (ID numbers) to easily edit or delete individual records. Remember, the Master Code must be changed from its default before configuring any part of the keypad and its parameters.
