To change the temperature unit setting on the Umbro Smartwatch Activity Tracker with Body Temperature, follow these steps as per the user manual:
1. Press the touch button on the smartwatch to switch to the main menu interface.
2. Navigate to the "More" option and hold the touch button to enter.
3. Select "Temperature Unit" from the menu options.
4. Hold the touch button again to confirm your selection.
5. You can now switch between degrees Fahrenheit (°F) and degrees Celsius (°C) as per your preference.
Remember, after syncing with the Oplayer Smart Life app, you can check the temperature data on your smartphone, including the unit setting you have chosen.
