To replace a blown fuse in the GE 100-Count Constant Multicolor Mini LED Plug, follow these steps as per the user manual:
1. **Unplug the Set:** Before changing fuses, ensure that the set is unplugged from the power source.
2. **Remove the Plug:** Grasp the plug and remove it from the receptacle or outlet device. Do not unplug by pulling on the cord.
3. **Open Fuse Cover:** Using a flathead screwdriver, open the fuse cover. Slide open the fuse access cover on top of the attachment plug towards the blades.
4. **Remove Fuses:** Carefully remove the blown fuses from the fuse holder.
