To save your game in DOOM II, you can follow these steps:
1. During gameplay, press the function key F2 to access the Save Game menu.
2. Move the skull cursor to an empty slot or one you don't mind overwriting.
3. Press the Enter key to save your game in the selected slot.
4. You can also use the Quick Save feature by pressing the function key F6. This allows you to save the game without interrupting the action.
5. To load a saved game, press the function key F3 and select the appropriate saved game from the Load Game menu.
Remember to save your game frequently to ensure you don't lose progress in case of unexpected events or challenges in the game.
