If the Ai Box is unable to connect with your car, follow these steps:
1. Delete the CarPlay connected devices list on both your car and mobile phone.
2. If the Ai Box's blue LED is lit but you can't access the home menu, try restoring factory settings. Unplug the box, wait a few moments, and then plug it back in.
3. If the Wi-Fi connection fails, ensure that your mobile phone's hotspot is turned on. If your car does not have a touch screen, set the hotspot password to "12345678."
4. For issues with Wireless CarPlay and Android Auto connections, check that your mobile phone's Bluetooth is turned on and connected to the Ai Box.
5. If online video playback freezes or GPS signal is weak, check the Ai Box's positioning. Avoid placing it in areas like the glove box or armrest box that may block the signal.
