To operate the European Arrow Board and its features, follow these steps:
1. **Power On:** Ensure the Emergency Control Button is in place and press the "Key On" button to activate the controller functions.
2. **Lifting Arrow Panel:**
- Press the "Key On" button, and the Down Button light will come on, indicating the panel is down.
- Press the Up Button once to raise the panel to the upright position.
- Press the Down Button to return the panel to its original position.
3. **Arrow Light Control:**
- Press the "Key On" button again.
- Select the arrow you want to be lit up.
4. **Checks:**
- Check for Failed Lamp: A red light will appear if any of the 25 lights fail.
- Check Battery Charge Level: Green for full, Yellow for 50% charged, Red for flat.
5. **Secondary Remote Control - RG17/34 Override:**
- Use the secondary controller to show the RG17/34 Blue/White arrow in left or right direction.
- Return the secondary controller to the X position after selection to resume normal operations with the primary controller.
