If you are facing difficulties with the transmitter and receiver not connecting, you can try the following troubleshooting steps based on the user guide:
1. **Power on both the transmitter and receiver:** Ensure that both the transmitter (TX) and receiver (RX) units are powered on using the provided power adapters.
2. **Connect a display to the receiver's output:** Make sure you have a display connected to the HDMI OUT port of the receiver to check for any output signal.
3. **Wait for the receiver to boot:** Allow the receiver to finish booting up completely. You should see the standby screen on the connected display.
4. **Reset the transmitter:** Press and hold the reset button on the transmitter for 5 seconds until the LED starts flashing rapidly. The reset button is located inside the IR 3.5mm hole on the transmitter.
5. **Wait for pairing:** After resetting the transmitter, wait for about 30 seconds. The transmitter and receiver should automatically pair with each other.
