If your Emaux E-Lumen X Series Underwater Light is not working properly, you can follow these troubleshooting steps as per the user manual:
1. **The light is dim:**
- Check the voltage of the transformer.
- Check the brightness control of the remote if the color touch control box is connected.
2. **The light is not working:**
- Check the mains input power and power cord.
- Check fuses at the switchboard.
- Replace the lamp if necessary. Contact a qualified electrician to test it.
3. **After power on, the light lights up and then goes off after a few seconds:**
- Check the transformer. Contact a qualified electrician to test it.
