To reset the Cync Outdoor Smart Plug, follow these steps:
1. Unplug the smart plug from the outlet.
2. Press and hold the power button on the smart plug for about 10 seconds.
3. While still holding the button, plug the smart plug back into the outlet.
4. Continue holding the button for another 10 seconds until the LED indicator on the smart plug starts flashing rapidly.
5. Release the button. The smart plug has now been reset.
After resetting the smart plug, you will need to set it up again using the CYNC app following the initial installation steps provided in the manual.
