To connect an external monitor using the FeeLTEK 11-in-1 USB-C Keyboard Hub, follow these steps:
1. **Supported Devices:** The supported devices for connecting an external monitor via VGA and HDMI are MacOS and Windows.
2. **Connection Modes:**
- **Duplicate Mode:** In this mode, the secondary monitor shows a duplicate desktop. Both your computer screen and the external monitor display the same content. The highest display resolution will be 1080P@60Hz when your PC connects to any VGA monitor (VGA, VGA + HDMI).
- **Extend Mode:** This mode allows both displays to combine to offer an extended desktop. Both Mac OS and Windows support this mode. You need to arrange the display setting as "Extend Mode" or "Extended Desktop Mode."
3. **Resolution Support:**
- If your PC connects to 1 x VGA Monitor and 1 x HDMI Monitor: Resolution is 1080P.
- If your PC connects to 1 x HDMI Monitor: Resolution is 4K2K@30Hz.
- If your PC connects to 1 x VGA Monitor: Resolution is 1080P.
