To disconnect and wipe all data from the eWelink Smart ZigBee Socket Nous A1Z, follow these steps as per the instruction manual:
1. Unplug the device from the power source.
2. Press and hold the power button for at least 10 seconds until the indicator light stops blinking.
3. Plug the device back in while continuing to hold the power button.
4. Keep holding the power button for another 5 seconds until the indicator light starts blinking rapidly.
5. Release the power button and wait for the indicator light to stop blinking.
6. The device has now been reset and all data has been wiped.
After performing these steps, you will need to set up the device again as if it were new, following the initial setup instructions provided in the manual.
