To initialize and configure the Dahua VTS5340B Digital VTS IP Master Station for first-time use, follow these basic steps:
1. **Initialization through Local Device:**
- Power on the VTS.
- Select the language.
- Configure password and enter e-mail address.
- Accept terms and conditions.
- Select the scene depending on your needs.
2. **Initialization through Webpage:**
- Enter the IP address of VTS in a browser.
- Select the language.
- Accept terms and conditions.
- Configure password and enter e-mail address.
- Enter the username and password.

3. **Building Scenes:**
- Configure the number and network parameters of VTS.
- Select Settings > Project Setting on the home screen.

5. **Adding VTO/Fence Station:**
- Add VTO or fence station to the VTS for monitoring, remote unlocking, and communication.
- Select Settings > Project Setting on the home screen.
- Enter the password configured during initialization.
- Select Add device and add VTO or fence station.
6. **Verifying Building Scenes:**
- Call VTH or monitor VTO on the VTS to ensure proper functionality.
- Tap Call or Monitor on the home screen of the VTS and follow the on-screen instructions.
