To set the timer on the ACiQ RG10L2 remote controller, follow these steps:
1. **TIMER ON setting:**
- Press the TIMER button to initiate the ON time sequence.
- Use the Temp. up or down button to set the desired time for the unit to turn on.
- Point the remote towards the unit and wait for 1 second to activate the TIMER ON function.
2. **TIMER OFF setting:**
- Press the TIMER button to initiate the OFF time sequence.
- Use the Temp. up or down button to set the desired time for the unit to turn off.
- Point the remote towards the unit and wait for 1 second to activate the TIMER OFF function.
**Additional Notes:**
- The time will increase by 30-minute increments with each press, up to 10 hours. After 10 hours and up to 24 hours, it will increase in 1-hour increments.
- You can cancel either function by setting its timer to 0.0 hours.
- The time periods you set refer to hours after the current time. For example, if the current time is 1:00 PM and you set the timer for 2.5 hours, the unit will turn on at 3:30 PM and turn off at 6:00 PM.
By following these steps, you can easily schedule your air conditioner to turn on or off at specific times using the timer function on the remote controller.
