To assign BBM Enterprise to users in your organization, follow these steps as outlined in the BlackBerry BBM Enterprise Administration Guide for the Enterprise Identity Console:
1. In the Enterprise Identity administrator console, navigate to the menu on the left of the screen and click on "Services."
2. Next to BBM Enterprise, click on "Enable."
3. In the menu on the left of the screen, click on "Entitlements."
4. Click on "BBM Enterprise."
5. Click on "Invite Users."
6. To invite users to start using BBM Enterprise, you can either:
- Type one or more email addresses in the text field.
- Click on "Choose File" to invite a group of users from a .csv file.
- Click "Send Invite."
After sending the invitations, new users will appear in a list, and each user's status will be listed as "Invited." When a user activates BBM Enterprise from the invitation email, their status will change to "Active."
