To pair your smartphone with the LEDGlow Advanced Million Color Control Box for smartphone control, follow these steps:
1. iOS Pairing Instructions (iOS 7.0 & Up Required):
- Download and install the LEDGlow Motorcycle Control App from the App Store by searching with the keyword “LEDGlow Motorcycle Control App.”
- Ensure that the Advanced Million Color Control Box with Smartphone Control is powered and the LED status indicator is flashing yellow, indicating it's ready to pair.
- Open the LEDGlow Motorcycle Control App on your Apple device, and it will automatically pair with the controller.
- Press the power button on the app to start controlling the lighting kit.
2. Android Pairing Instructions (Android 4.4 & Up Required):
- Download and install the LEDGlow Motorcycle Control App from the Google Play Store by searching with the keyword “LEDGlow Motorcycle Control App.” Make sure location services are turned on.
- Ensure that the Advanced Million Color Control Box with Smartphone Control is powered and the LED status indicator is flashing yellow, indicating it's ready to pair.
- Open the LEDGlow Motorcycle Control App on your Android device, and it will automatically pair with the controller.
- Press the power button on the app to start controlling the lighting kit.
Additional Tips:
- Remember to connect the blue wire to the 12-volt positive brake signal wire from the tail light for brake light functionality.
- Disconnect from the control box when not in use to preserve your bike's battery life.
- If your Android/iOS device cannot connect to the controller, try restarting your device or power cycling the control box.
- The control box can operate independently from the app, providing full functionality with the wireless remote.
