To install the LOCINOX Profiles of 80mm Insert Lock Eightlock using the Click-It system, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the Profile:
- Ensure the profile is compatible with the lock by having a depth of 80mm or more.
- Make sure the backset is 60mm for proper mounting.
- The lock mechanism, hook, front plate, and latch bolt are all made of stainless steel for durability.
- The lock features a key-operated self-latching bolt and a throw-off hook of 21mm.
2. Compatibility:
- The lock is compatible with Euro profile cylinders and handles, which need to be ordered separately.
- The center-distance between the cylinder and handles should be 92mm.
3. Installation:
- Utilize the new and improved Click-It system for easy and fast installation.
- The lock allows for continuous adjustment of the dayboat up to 10mm without dismounting the lockbox.
- It offers easy left or right changing of the self-latching dayboat.
