To assemble the with a micro:bit, follow these steps:
1. Push the countersunk screws through pins 0 and GND on the Power Module Shield.
2. Line up the Power Module Shield with the screws, ensuring the back of the Power Module Shield faces the back of the micro:bit.
3. xxxx the Power Module Shield and micro:bit boards together, repeating the process for pins 1, 2, and 3V.
4. Place two CR2025 batteries into their battery holder on the Power Module Shield.
5. Switch on the board.
To program the Power Module Shield and micro:bit, follow these steps:
1. Create a demo code using the Block Editor at www.makecode.com.
2. Drag and drop the necessary blocks to display icons and strings, and play a melody when the micro:bit is shaken.
3. Download the .hex file and save it to your computer.
4. Plug the micro:bit into a USB port and drag the .hex file onto the micro:bit to upload the program.
5. Once the yellow LED on the micro:bit stops blinking, the program is uploaded.
6. Remove the USB cable and power up the Power Module Shield by switching it on.
