To change the security code on your Sanctuary SA-PVLP-01 Security Vault with Electronic Lock, follow these steps as outlined in the instruction manual:
1. Access Reset Button: Remove the black rubber plug covering the reset button on the door panel of the vault.
2. Initiate Reset: Use a pen tip to press the reset button. You will hear one beep, and the green unlock LED will flash once.
3. Enter New Code: Input your new 3-7 digit code followed by #. Immediately enter your new code a second time followed by #. If successful, you will hear two beeps, and the green unlock symbol will flash on your keypad. If unsuccessful, you will hear five beeps, and the red lock symbol will flash on your keypad. Press the reset button and start again.
4. Confirmation: Once your new code is successfully programmed, input your 3-7 digit code followed by # for access to your vault. Note that you may choose an 8-digit code, and the # does not need to be pressed during setup or access.
By following these steps, you can easily change the security code on your Sanctuary vault to a new one that suits your preferences and provides enhanced security for your valuables.
