After installing the hoymiles HT10 Rapid Shutdown Transmitter Solution, you can verify the correct installation by checking the following indicators:
1. Power LED1: When the PV system is operating, the Power LED1 on the Transmitter should be lit. This indicates that the Transmitter is receiving power.
2. Signal LED2: The Signal LED2 on the Transmitter should be blinking when the PV system is operational. This blinking light signifies that the Transmitter is transmitting the necessary signals.
3. Rapid Shutdown System Label: Ensure that the rapid shutdown system label is placed no more than 1m (3ft) from the Transmitter or AC disconnect if they are not located in the same place. This label helps identify the rapid shutdown system components.
4. Max. Number of Strings per Core: Confirm that the number of strings connected to each Core does not exceed the specified limits (5 for 75A core or 15 for 150A core).
5. Max. Current per Core: Check that the current flowing through each Core does not exceed the maximum values (75A or 150A).
6. Cable Length: Ensure that the cable length from the inverter's positive terminal to the negative terminal does not exceed 1000ft (300m) with a Φ 6 mm DC cable diameter.
By verifying these indicators and following the installation instructions provided in the manual, you can confirm that the hoymiles HT10 Rapid Shutdown Transmitter Solution has been installed correctly and is ready for operation.
