- The LANCOM GS-2328F can be powered via the mains connection socket using the supplied power cord. Alternatively, you can connect the terminals of the connection socket to an external 48 V DC voltage source if needed.
2. **Connecting Interfaces:**
- SFP Interfaces (100M / 1G): Insert LANCOM SFP modules into the SFP interfaces 1 to 24. Use compatible cables and refer to the SFP modules mounting instructions for proper connection.
- TP Ethernet Interfaces (10M / 100M / 1G): Connect the TP Ethernet combo ports 21 to 24 via Ethernet cables to your terminal devices or a LAN switch. Note that ports 21 to 24 are combo ports, allowing either TP or SFP port usage at a time.

- Ensure the mains plug is easily accessible, attach adhesive rubber footpads for desktop use, avoid stacking devices, keep ventilation slots clear, and mount the device into a 19” unit in a server cabinet.
- Use professionally installed power supply, and refer to the installation guide for intended use information.
- Utilize the RST/Reset button for various functions like port LED display, device restart, and configuration reset.

- Pay attention to the LED indicators for power supply status (PWR AC/PWR DC), device operational status (SYS), hardware errors (ALM), and link/activity status for different ports.

- The LANCOM GS-2328F features internal power supply (110–230 V, 50–60 Hz) and external 48 V power supply options, with a maximum power consumption of 39 W. It operates within a temperature range of 0–40°C and humidity of 10–90%.
