To replace the filter, nozzle, and gasket kit in the REX NORDIC AH-800 Rexener Bioheater, please follow the instructions below:
1. Before starting, make sure to unplug the power cord and remove any damper in front of the burner.
2. Disconnect the power cables of the burner.
3. Remove the fuel filter and replace it with a new one.
4. Remove the burner's fastening nuts on both sides and remove the burner.
5. Open the nozzle damper screws and lift the damper out to access the igniter xxxx and air flow regulator xxxx .
6. First, remove the air flow regulator xxxx and loosen the igniter out of the nozzle frame.
7. Carefully lift the air flow regulator to reveal the nozzle.
8. Use a 16 mm and 19 mm spanner to remove the nozzle.
9. Check the nozzle chamber for impurities and clean it before installing the new nozzle.
10. Finger-tighten the new nozzle into place and then firmly tighten it with spanners.
11. Clean the air flow regulator and damper and install them back into place.
12. Tighten the screws for the air flow regulator and ensure the guiding groove of the damper is in the correct position.
13. Install the burner back into the heater, ensuring it is centered in the heating pipe.
14. Install the new gasket on the heating pipe.
15. Install the fuel hose and power cables.
16. Connect the power cable to the power socket and press the power switch to activate the heater.
17. Bleed the burner to discharge any air from the system, following the instructions in the manual.
18. Test run the device for at least 10 minutes to ensure everything is in order.
19. The heater is now ready for use.
