To initialize the Dahua HDBW3541F Dome Network Camera, follow these steps:
1. Double-click on the ConfigTool.exe tool to open it.
2. Click on "Modify IP."
3. Click on "Search Setting."
4. Select the desired searching method:
- "Current Segment Search" (default): This option searches for devices on the current network segment. Enter the username and password in the respective boxes and click "OK."
- "Other Segment Search": This option allows you to specify a range of IP addresses to search for devices. Enter the start and end IP addresses, as well as the username and password, and click "OK."
- You can select both options if you want to search for devices under both conditions.
5. Click "OK" to start the search.
6. Select the uninitialized cameras from the list and click "Initialize."
7. Confirm the devices you want to initialize and click "Initialize."
8. Set and confirm the password for the devices, enter a valid email address, and click "Next."
9. Choose whether to enable Easy4ip or auto-check for updates, and click "OK."
10. Click "Finish" to complete the initialization process.
Please note that these instructions are based on changing IP addresses in batches. If you need to change the IP address of a single device, you can follow a similar process but select only one device during the initialization step.
