To adjust the sensitivity and detection range of the motion sensor on the SOMOGYI FLL PIR 20 LED Spotlight, follow these steps:
1. Locate the SENS button on the floodlight. This button is used to adjust the detection distance.
2. Press the SENS button to cycle through the available detection distances. The floodlight has a range of approximately 2 to 8 meters.
3. Choose the desired detection distance by pressing the SENS button until the desired range is displayed.
4. To adjust the sensitivity of the motion sensor, locate the LUX xxxx on the floodlight. This xxxx is used to set the brightness level at which the floodlight will switch on when motion is detected.
5. Turn the LUX xxxx clockwise to increase the sensitivity and counterclockwise to decrease it. The range of sensitivity is between 3 and 20,000 LUX.
6. Aim for a clearly visible detection zone by adjusting the angle and direction of the floodlight and the PIR motion sensor.
