Installation Instructions:
1. Before installing the griddle, remove the cooking grids and any flame tamers, briquette trays, zone separators, or heat tents from your grill.
2. Place the RSSG1 Griddle in your grill with the grease trough closest to the front of the grill.
3. Ensure that the griddle is securely placed and properly aligned.
Usage Tips:
1. When not in use, remove the griddle from the grill and store it in a cool, dry place out of the weather.
2. Clean the griddle at the end of each use to maintain its performance and longevity.
3. Cook with the grill lid open while using the griddle to prevent excessive heat buildup.
4. Do not let the grease trough accumulate too much grease or debris before emptying. Allow the grease tray to cool before attempting to remove it.
5. Do not use the griddle over an infrared or sear burner.
6. Only use the griddle on a gas grill.
7. Do not use more than one griddle on your grill at a time.
