To set the time and date on the La Crosse Technology 616-146V4 Atomic Projection Alarm Clock, follow these steps:

1. Insert 2-AA batteries into your Outdoor Sensor and connect the 5-volt power cord into an outlet and the clock.
2. Once the sensor is connected to the clock, place the sensor outside in a shaded location.
3. The Atomic Time Signal icon will flash while searching for the atomic time signal. It will become solid when connected.
4. To manually search for the atomic time signal, hold the -/TIME button.
5. The backlight and USB charging port will momentarily turn off while the clock searches for the atomic signal.
6. To enter the Settings Menu, hold the SET/°F/°C button until the display changes.
7. Use the +/TEMP or -/TIME buttons to adjust the values for time, date, etc.
8. Press and release the SET/°F/°C button to confirm the values.
9. Press and release the SNOOZE/LIGHT button at any time to save and exit the Settings Menu.
