3. Instruções de configuração

3.1 Desembalagem e Instalação Inicial

1. Retire cuidadosamente o desumidificador da embalagem.
2. Coloque a unidade na posição vertical sobre uma superfície firme e nivelada.
3. Allow the dehumidifier to stand in an upright position for at least 24 hours before plugging it into a power outlet. This ensures the compressor oil settles, preventing potential damage.
4. Ensure there is at least 20 cm (8 inches) of clear space around all sides of the unit for proper airflow. Do not place it against walls or furniture that could obstruct air circulation.

3.2 Opções de Drenagem

The AEOCKY BOREAS-001 offers three drainage methods:

1. Drenagem manual (reservatório de água): The unit collects water in its internal 2.7L water tank. When the tank is full, the unit will automatically shut off and an indicator light will illuminate. Carefully remove the tank and empty the collected water. Reinsert the tank securely to resume operation.
2. Drenagem contínua (mangueira de drenagem): For continuous operation without manual emptying, connect the included 2-meter (78.74 inch) drain hose to the continuous drainage port on the unit. Ensure the hose is sloped downwards to allow gravity to drain the water into a suitable floor drain or container.
3. Garden Hose Drainage (with Adapter): For customized drainage length, use the included 5/8 inch (1.59 cm) garden hose adapter. Attach the adapter to the continuous drainage port, then connect a standard garden hose (not included). Ensure the garden hose is also sloped for gravity drainage. If there are gaps after connecting, use thread seal tape to reinforce the connection.

4.1 Ligar/Desligar

• Auto Mode (AI Control): This mode automatically adjusts operation to maintain a comfortable humidity range for human comfort.
• Modo contínuo: The unit will operate continuously to remove moisture, regardless of the set humidity level. This is ideal for very damp conditions or for drying clothes.
• Constant Humidity Mode: Allows you to set a desired humidity level between 40% and 80%. The unit will cycle on and off to maintain this level.
• Smart Drying Mode: Designed for drying clothes, this mode provides continuous and powerful dehumidification.

4.3 Configuração de umidade

In Constant Humidity Mode, use the Up/Down arrows to adjust the desired humidity level (40%-80% Relative Humidity).

Select between two fan speeds (Low/High) to control the rate of dehumidification and noise level.

Set the timer for automatic shut-off or delayed start, typically from 1 to 24 hours.

4.7 Luz Ambiente

The multicolor ambient light indicates the current humidity level:

• Verde: Umidade 45% -65%
• Laranja: Umidade > 65%

5. Manutenção

5.1 Limpando o Filtro de Ar

The unit is equipped with a washable nylon filter. A clean filter improves air quality and dehumidification efficiency.

1. Desligue o desumidificador da tomada.
2. Localize e remova o filtro de ar da parte traseira ou lateral da unidade.
3. Lave o filtro com água morna e sabão. Enxágue bem.
4. Deixe o filtro secar completamente ao ar livre antes de reinseri-lo na unidade.
5. Reinsira o filtro seco e ligue o aparelho novamente na tomada.

5.2 Limpando o Tanque de Água

Limpe regularmente o reservatório de água para evitar o crescimento de mofo e bolor.

1. Desligue o desumidificador.
2. Remova o reservatório de água e esvazie a água restante.
3. Lave o tanque com detergente neutro e água morna.
4. Enxágue bem e seque antes de colocá-lo de volta na unidade.
