Thawing and Warming Breastmilk:

1. Descongelamento: Thaw frozen breastmilk in the refrigerator overnight, or by holding the bag under cool running water, gradually increasing the water temperature. Do not thaw at room temperature.
2. Aquecimento: Once thawed, warm the breastmilk by placing the bag in a bowl of warm water or using a bottle warmer. Do not use a microwave or boil breastmilk directly, as this can destroy nutrients and create hot spots.
