1. Montagem inicial

Your HONEYWHALE DM05 electric motorcycle is partially disassembled for safe transport. Please follow the steps below carefully to assemble your vehicle. A detailed video tutorial is available to guide you through the process.

1.1 Rear Wheel and Fender Assembly

1. Prepare a área: Ensure you have a clean, flat surface and all tools (wrenches, screws) are accessible.
2. Remova o painel lateral: Carefully remove the screws securing the side panel near the rear wheel. Detach the side panel to access the assembly area.
3. Instalar o para-lama traseiro: Position the rear fender over the rear wheel. Align the mounting holes.

5. Install Rear Wheel: Carefully lift and align the rear wheel with the axle. Insert the axle through the wheel and frame.
6. Tighten Rear Wheel Nuts: Securely tighten the nuts on both sides of the rear wheel axle using the appropriate wrenches.
7. Connect Rear Brake Caliper: Attach the rear brake caliper to its mounting points on the frame.
8. Tighten Rear Brake Caliper: Ensure the brake caliper is firmly secured by tightening its screws.
9. Reattach Side Panel: Place the side panel back into position and secure it with the previously removed screws.

1.2 Front Wheel and Fender Assembly

4. Install Side Footrests: Attach the side footrests to their respective mounting points on the frame. Tighten the bolts securely.
5. Instalar Traseiraview Espelhos: Parafusar a traseiraview mirrors into the threaded holes on the handlebars. Adjust their position for optimal visibility and tighten the locking nuts.
6. Attach License Plate Holder: Secure the license plate holder to the rear fender using the provided screws.

2.1 Ligar/Desligar

To power on the motorcycle, insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the 'ON' position. To power off, turn the key to the 'OFF' position and remove it.
