4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Ventilation:
The MH100 tent is designed with optimal ventilation to ensure comfort and minimize condensation. Utilize the 2 top vents and 2 mechanical side ventilation points. The space between the flysheet and the ground also allows air to circulate, refreshing the air inside the sleeping area.
4.2 Fresh & Black Technology:
The patented Fresh & Black exterior fabric reflects sunlight and provides 99% darkness, even in broad daylight. This technology helps keep the inside of your tent cooler and darker for a more comfortable rest. For best results, ensure proper ventilation, especially at night, to allow air circulation and prevent heat buildup from occupants.

5. Maintenance
Proper maintenance extends the life of your tent. Always follow these guidelines:
- Cleaning: Clean the tent with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. Avoid harsh detergents or abrasive materials.
- Drying: After use or cleaning, ensure the tent is perfectly dry before packing it away. This prevents the growth of mold and unpleasant odors.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect poles, fabric, zippers, and seams for any signs of wear or damage. Repair minor issues promptly to prevent them from worsening.
- Care Instructions: Hand wash only.
6. Storage
To maximize the lifetime of your tent, store it properly when not in use:
- Ensure the tent is completely dry and clean before storage.
- Fold the tent neatly and place it back into its original carry bag.
- Store the tent in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Avoid storing the tent in damp or humid environments, which can promote mold growth.

7. Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your tent.
7.1 Condensation Inside the Tent:
- Cause: Natural phenomenon due to temperature difference between inside and outside, and moisture from occupants' breath.
- Solution: Ensure all ventilation points (top vents, side vents, and space between flysheet and ground) are open to allow maximum airflow. Proper ventilation is key to reducing condensation.
7.2 Tent Not Standing Firmly:
- Cause: Improper pitching or insufficient staking.
- Solution: Re-check all pole connections and ensure they are fully inserted into sleeves and grommets. Make sure all 12 tent stakes are firmly driven into the ground and all 4 guy lines are taut and properly anchored.
