• Slot 1 (Coarse - Diamond): For quickly setting the edge on dull or damaged knives. This slot uses monocrystalline diamonds.
• Slot 2 (Fine - Ceramic): For fine honing, polishing, and removing burrs from already sharp edges. This slot uses pure ceramic wheels.
• Slot 3 (Scissors - Tungsten Carbide): Features a specialized tungsten carbide blade for sharpening scissors.

4. Configuração

1. Remove the sharpener from its packaging.
2. Place the sharpener on a flat, stable, non-slip surface.
3. Slide the protective cover back to expose the sharpening slots. Ensure the cover is fully retracted and locked into position for safe use.

5. Operating Instructions: Knives

This sharpener is suitable for various double-bevel knives, including kitchen knives, hunting knives, and pocket knives.

Importante: Do not use this sharpener for single-bevel knives or ceramic knives. Attempting to sharpen these types of blades can cause damage.

Sharpening Process for Knives:

1. Hold the sharpener firmly on a stable surface with one hand.
2. Insert the knife blade into Slot 1 (Coarse - Diamond) at a 90-degree angle to the sharpener.
3. Pull the knife blade through the slot towards you, applying light downward pressure. Repeat this motion 3-5 times.
4. Next, insert the knife blade into Slot 2 (Fine - Ceramic).
5. Pull the knife blade through this slot towards you, applying very light downward pressure. Repeat this motion 3-5 times to refine the edge and remove any burrs.
6. After sharpening, carefully wipe the knife blade with a damp cloth to remove any metal residue.

6. Operating Instructions: Scissors

The SHARPAL 192H can also sharpen household scissors. Sewing scissors are excluded.

Sharpening Process for Scissors:

1. Hold the sharpener firmly on a stable surface.
2. Open the scissors and insert one blade into Slot 3 (Scissors - Tungsten Carbide).
3. Pull the scissor blade through the slot towards you, applying light downward pressure. Repeat this motion 3-5 times for each blade.
4. Repeat for the other scissor blade.
5. After sharpening, carefully wipe the scissor blades with a damp cloth to remove any metal residue.

7. Manutenção

• Clean the sharpener regularly with a damp cloth to remove any metal filings or dust.
• Ensure the sharpening slots are free from debris before and after each use.
• Do not immerse the sharpener in water.
