2. Primeiros passos: Configuração inicial

3. Instruções de operação

3.1 Modo de Cronometragem

The watch normally displays the current time, day of the week, and date. The small world map display indicates the current time zone.

3.2 Modo de Hora Mundial

This watch can display the current time in 31 time zones (48 cities) around the world.

1. Entering World Time Mode: No Modo de Cronometragem, pressione o MODO button until 'WORLD TIME' appears on the display.
2. Viewing Other Time Zones: Use o AVANÇAR e REVERTER botões para percorrer diferentes códigos de cidade e view seus tempos atuais.
3. Swapping Home City and World Time City: In World Time Mode, press the AJUSTAR button to swap your Home City time with the currently displayed World Time City.

3.3 Modo de Alarme

O relógio possui 5 alarmes diários e um hourlsinal de tempo y.

1. Entering Alarm Mode: No Modo de Cronometragem, pressione o MODO button until 'ALARM' appears.
2. Selecting an Alarm: Use o AVANÇAR button to cycle through AL1 to AL5 and the SIG (HourlSinal de tempo y).
3. Configurando um alarme: With the desired alarm selected, press and hold the AJUSTAR button until the hour setting flashes. Use AVANÇAR e REVERTER Para definir a hora e os minutos, pressione MODO Para alternar entre as configurações de hora e minuto.
4. Ativando/Desativando Alarme: Pressione o AVANÇAR button in Alarm Mode (without holding ADJUST) to toggle the selected alarm ON/OFF.
5. Exiting Alarm Mode: Pressione o AJUSTAR button to exit the setting mode, or MODO Para retornar ao Modo de Cronometragem.

3.4 Modo Cronômetro

O cronômetro mede o tempo decorrido, tempos parciais e duas terminações.

1. Entering Stopwatch Mode: No Modo de Cronometragem, pressione o MODO button until 'STW' (Stopwatch) appears.
2. Iniciar/Parar: Pressione o AVANÇAR button to start and stop the stopwatch.
3. Restabelecer: Com o cronômetro parado, pressione o REVERTER botão para redefinir para zero.
4. Tempo parcial: Enquanto o cronômetro estiver funcionando, pressione o REVERTER button to record a split time. Press REVERTER again to return to elapsed time display.

3.5 Modo de temporizador de contagem regressiva

The countdown timer can be set for a period of up to 24 hours.

1. Entering Countdown Timer Mode: No Modo de Cronometragem, pressione o MODO button until 'TMR' (Timer) appears.
