2.4 SuperGlide Glass Coating
The imported SuperGlide Glass Coating provides a smooth, skin-friendly surface that is long-lasting, anti-sweat, and anti-slip, ensuring a comfortable and firm grip during extended use while maintaining a new look longer.
To clean the mouse, use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a mild cleaning solution.
Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasives, or solvents, as these can damage the SuperGlide coating and other components.
Ensure no liquid enters the mouse's internal components.
3.2 Battery Care
The MCHOSE A5 V3 is equipped with a 500mAh battery designed for ultra-long battery life.
Charge the mouse using the provided USB-C data cable.
Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently to prolong its lifespan.
Store the mouse at room temperature and avoid extreme heat or cold.

4. Troubleshooting
4.1 Mouse Not Responding
Check Battery: Ensure the mouse is charged. Connect it via the USB-C cable to charge.
Check Connection:
For 2.4Ghz Wireless: Ensure the receiver is securely plugged into a USB port and the mouse is switched to 2.4G mode. Try a different USB port or use the extender.
For Bluetooth: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your computer and the mouse is in Bluetooth pairing mode. Re-pair the device if necessary.
For Wired: Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the mouse and the computer.
Power Cycle: Turn the mouse off and then on again.
Restart Computer: Sometimes a computer restart can resolve connectivity issues.
4.2 Cursor Movement is Erratic or Laggy
Clean Sensor: Ensure the PAW3395 sensor on the bottom of the mouse is clean and free of dust or debris.
Surface: Use the mouse on a clean, uniform surface, preferably a gaming mouse pad.
Interference: For wireless connections, ensure there are no strong wireless interference sources nearby (e.g., other 2.4Ghz devices, Wi-Fi routers).
Polling Rate/DPI: Check your polling rate and DPI settings in the MHUB software. Extremely high settings might cause issues on some systems or with certain games.
4.3 Buttons Not Functioning Correctly
Software Check: Verify button assignments in the MHUB software.
Physical Obstruction: Check for any physical obstructions preventing the button from clicking properly.
