    Question

How do I add multiple Psync cameras to the app and ensure they all remain accessible?

    Answer

To add multiple Psync cameras to your iPhone, you should follow the standard setup process for each individual device within the Psync app. If you are losing access to previous cameras when adding new ones, please try the following steps:

    • Check Connection Status: Look at the light indicator on the first camera. A solid blue light means it is working properly, while a flashing blue light indicates it is trying to reconnect to the network.
    • Add via the '+' Icon: In the Psync app, tap the "+" icon to add a new device. Do not overwrite existing camera profiles; each camera must be added as a unique device.
    • Power Cycle: If a camera disappears from the app, try unplugging it for 15 seconds and plugging it back in. Wait for it to initialize (solid red then flashing red) before checking the app again.
    • Reset and Re-pair: If the first camera remains inaccessible, you may need to reset it. Press and hold the SETUP button (located on the back of the camera) for two seconds until you hear the voice prompt "ready to connect," then follow the in-app instructions to add it again.

If you continue to experience issues where only one camera is visible at a time, it may be a sync issue with your account. You can contact Psync support at support@psynclabs.com for further assistance.
