Compliance Declaration
Infinite Cables Inc. warrants that all components related to the above part number(s) do not contain quantities of any controlled or restricted substance in excess of those listed in RoHS directive 2002/95/EC of the European parliament and the council of January 27, 2003.
The new RoHS 2 directive (aka Recast RoHS Directive), known as Directive 2011/65/EU regarding the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment, was published in the official journal of the European Union on June 8, 2011 and will enter into force on July 21, 2011. As of January 1, 2013, electronic products must meet the requirements of this new directive.
This statement certifies that all the products manufactured and offered by Infinite Cables Inc. fully comply with all the requirements of both the RoHS 2002/95/EC directive as well as the new RoHS 2 2011/65/EC directive, updated to meet addendum for Directive (EU 2015/863: RoHS 3).
Potentially Hazardous Substances and Limits
The following potentially hazardous substances are not added to the components contained in the part number(s) above in excess of the limits defined in the directive:
- Lead (Pb)
- Cadmium (Cd)
- Mercury (Hg)
- Hexavalent Chromium (Cr)
- Polybrominated Biphenyl (PBB)
- Polybrominated Diphenyl Ether (PBDE)
- Bis (2-Ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP)
- Benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP)
- Dibutyl phthalate (DBP)
- Dilisobutyl phthalate (DIBP)
The maximum limits as defined in the directive are 100 parts per million (0.01%) for Cadmium and 1,000 parts per million (0.1%) for the remainder of the substances.
