The optimal temperature for long-term food storage is -18°C or colder.

defrosting

Over time, frost will accumulate inside the freezer. Defrost the appliance when the frost layer reaches about 5-10 mm thickness.

2. Remove all food items and store them in another freezer or a cool place, wrapped to maintain temperature.
3. Leave the lid open to allow the frost to melt naturally. Place towels or a shallow tray at the bottom to collect water.
