Pool Lab App User Guide

Download the Pool Lab App to your Android or Apple device by scanning the QR code for your device at the bottom of this page.
Alternatively you can search for the Pool Lab app in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Install the Pool Lab MAX system as per the Installation Guide in the Owners Manual
- Open the Pool Lab App on your mobile device —->
- Tap on the “Sign up” link to create a new account
- Enter a name for your account, a valid email address that you have access to, and a password. Then tap on the “Sign up” button
- You will be prompted to verify your email address. Tap on the button to send a verication email to the email address you provided. Check your email, and click on the verication link in the email to activate your account.
- Next you will be shown the Setup Wizard Instructions. Read through this carefully to ensure you are ready to complete the setup, then tap the “Click HERE to begin setup” button.
- The app will now search for nearby Pool Lab devices in setup mode.
Your Pool Lab system should appear as “POOLLAB_xxxxxx” (where xxxxxx is a six character hexadecimal code). Select your Pool Lab device to continue.
- The app will now fetch a list of nearby Wi-Fi networks available to your Pool Lab system. Select your preferred Wi-Fi network and enter the password when prompted.
- Wait while the Pool Lab system attempts to connect to your Wi-Fi network. Once connection is successful the main control view will be shown. You should not need to repeat this setup procedure again unless your Wi-Fi network changes. (ie. changed Wi-Fi password, or changed SSID)
